ML Platform collects the following data:

ML Platform collects your data so that we can:

Google Drive and Dropbox integrations

Users may choose to connect their Google Drive or Dropbox account to upload files to the application.

The application only accesses files and folders that the user explicitly selects for upload. Uploaded files are used solely to provide the application’s functionality.

Files uploaded through Google Drive or Dropbox are not shared with third parties except as necessary to operate the service or comply with legal obligations.

The application does not use data obtained from Google APIs or Dropbox APIs for advertising purposes or for training generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

ML-Platform’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How do we store your data?

ML Platform securely stores your data at Google data centers located around the world.

ML Platform will keep your analytics data for 26 months (about 2 years). Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data. Data that has been obtained with your consent can be deleted upon request.

Files uploaded to the application, including files uploaded through Google Drive or Dropbox integrations, are stored as part of the user’s account until deleted by the user or until account deletion.

The application does not store Google or Dropbox OAuth authentication tokens after the upload process is completed.

Marketing

ML Platform would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing emails, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop ML Platform from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to others.

What are your data protection rights?

ML Platform would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

• The right to access- You have the right to request ML Platform for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
• The right to rectification - You have the right to request that ML Platform correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request ML Platform to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
• The right to erasure - You have the right to request that ML Platform erase your personal data.
• The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that ML Platform restrict the processing of your personal data.
• The right to object to processing - You have the right to object to ML Platform's processing of your personal data.
• The right to data portability - You have the right to request that ML Platform transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
